Master Your Emotions

Our emotions are very much a reflection of our beliefs about life events. For example, if you believe that you are your work and you suddenly lose your job, you are likely to feel an incredible amount of fear, as you perceive your very survival to be at stake. If you repress this fear, possibly because you view it as a weakness, you’ll probably experience anger or rage and at some point, you will likely lash out at whoever’s available.

If on the other hand, you are a person who views your job simply as one aspect of your life, and you know that your inherent value lies in your unique skills and qualities, then your feelings and response to losing your job will probably be a whole lot different. You may just view this loss as an opportunity to explore a whole new path for yourself.

The point here is, how you feel in any situation corresponds exactly with what you believe about yourself and the situation. Master your beliefs, and you’ll master your emotions.

So How to Master Your Belief??

Have a Good Health

if you want to create better health in your body ,there are certainly some thing you must not do

you must not get angry with your body for any reason

Anger is another affirmation which is telling your body that you hate it .

Your cells are very aware of every thought you have .

Think of your body as a servant working as hard as it can to keep you in perfect health ,

no matter how you treat it

your body knows how to heal itself

if you feed it healthy food and think happy thought and give it exercise and give sufficient sleep then its work is easy

you will never create good health by talking or thinking about your illness

good health comes from love and appreciation

you want to put as much love to your body as possible

talk to it in loving ways..touch it in loving ways

if there is a part of your body which is disease, then you want to treat it like a sick little child..tell it how much you love it,and that you r doing everything you can to help it get well quickly..

if you r sick, then you have to do more than just going to the doctor

your body is telling you that something you are doing is not good for your body…you need to learn more about your body..the more you learn the easier to takecare…

Two Requirements for a Successful Life

A very successful life has two requirements,

First one is,
You must be willing to let go things which rae keeping your energy down and making you unhappy.

The two important blocks that you have be willing to release are judgement and fear of future.
True Happiness can't coexist with these kinds of thoughts and emotions that they create.
You must be relentless in your refusal to engage in these energies, so everytime you catch yourself making a judgement,being self-critical,then immediately do an intervention.Repeat: "STOP..RELEASE...BREATHE" .

Say this right out loud if you can, but at the very least say in your mind.
then take a deep breathe and let the thought go..keep repeating it till it comes spontaneous to you..


Second one is,
You must appreciate as much as you can about the present while continuing to work on your goals of the future.

This kind of gratitude comes from choosing to see the value of your entire life and your true self even now..you can keep moving towards your dream,but you can't withhold your appreciation,waiting to bestow it upon some future event.It has to be give lavishly,genuinely,and unconditionally RIGHT NOW..
