The most powerful vibration in our personal field is Appreciation.it is the intension to live with gratitude,the conscious acknowledgement,of the value within and around us,the willingness to notice all the good things we already have,and the desire to experience all of life with this attittude.To really create this vibration,your daily life has to resonate with awareness and gratitude in the here -and-now.This is’nt just an idealistic fantasy;it’s an energetic necessity,for appreciation is where real pleasure comes from.
You cannot experience joy without appreciation.think about the time you have been happy,recall where you were,what you were doing,and whom you were with.Stop for a moment and let yourself dwell upon those good times now,letting a smile comes to your lips and feeling the delight resurface in your heart.In this moment ask urself “In this situation what was I appreciating?”
Whether you realize or not,every single time that you experience happiness,underneath it all you are in the state of appreciation.No matter what it is you are excited about,that feeling means that you are thankful for something..The more you feel that resonance ,the more you create a happy life..,and according to the law of magnetism,your energy of gratitude will only attract more to appreciate in future.
