How to come out from any FEAR you have

Have you ever feared anything? If Yes what kind of mental state you will go through if u r in fear? Fear is a state which will make you go through certain negative emotions which are not useful for you…And how you will come out from the fear state which is not useful for u?
Do the following steps,
Close your eyes and think about the event or object which is really making you feel fear..
Allow that picture to come fully in your mind, because this is the last time you are going to experience it.. here after it won’t come to you throughout your life ..hear the sounds associated with that picture ( if any) and now u r in the fear state for last time..
Now, from the picture you are seeing, remove the colour fully..make it more and more light..more and more..now u r in a state where you cannot see that picture….and reframe the sounds associated with picture in to the sounds which you love…
Now open your eyes and think about the good event which happended for you in the past or you expect it will happen in the future..see it fully….experience it..more and more..if any sound is associated with it hear it fully..make it more louder…Make the picture more and more colourful..more and more..the maximum you can…..now you are in a wonderful state of joy, happiness, fulfilment…enjoy it more….and you say to your subconscious mind, “My dear Subconscious mind, this is the state i want throught out my life..always be with me making me experience it more and more…i like you so much…i know you will always fill me only with the thoughts which i like the most..i really thank you…”
Now , once you say this to your subconscious mind, it will recognize it and then will implement the same..now you are totally free from the FEAR you had…
And you need to REPEAT this process to get the best results faster…

Hello Ms. Rekha,
I read your article about coming out of any FEAR, seems interesting. I am suffering from OCD/a number of phobias for last couple years. I tried medicine (which worked only for sometime but then no improvement), tried alternate medicine (researched on my own about various homeopathy/ayurvedic) but these also worked in the beginning and then I am same even feel I went further down. I've developed many rituals and I spent 1/6 - 1/5 of my day in the bathroom as I go twice and then will clean the walls and corners of door. And I am on my toes in last one and half hour. All parts of my body are aches (specially Heels by standing this long in the bathroom and my right shoulder due to washing a lot), I am living in the pain for more than 3 years now. In fact this is how it all started by washing my hands repetitively and keep grabing one or other compulsion and finally become obsessive with these. Its like I am stuck somewhere and unable to come out. I discovered while reading couple books that all these phobias/OCDs are a form of some kind of fears. So I have started following the steps you mentioned in your article. I would highly thankful to you if you think I should perform any other steps/procedure.

hello ms. Rekha,

Iam suffering from many phoibas since my childhood, my parents pamperd me very much, so, i don't interact with new people . i became very shy guy, i don't have courage to express my feelings infront of others. Iam not getting any words when i talk with others. so, please help me regarding this

From my fifth standard itself, i frequently used to get fear while speaking to a teacher when most of the people are around me. Even while working in an organization , i'm thinking about my schooldays fear before talking to any of my bosses. Please suggest few tips to come out of this fear, this is really demoralizing my self confidence.
